SECA 55+ Healthy & Happy Presents
Senior Pickleball Lessons

• Sundays, 3:30–6:30 PM

• Cardel Rec South (333 Shawville Blvd SE #100)
  Cardel Court Gym – near the main entrance of the Shawnessy Public Library

• Instructor: Sheri – Certified Pickleball Instructor

• Equipment: Nets and balls provided. Please bring your own paddle if you have one. If you don’t own a paddle, let us know and we’ll do our best to provide one.

 

Program Details:

• 3:30–5:00 PM – Beginner (55+) - FULLY REGISTERED, taking waitlist names
  No experience required | Max 16 participants

• 5:00–6:30 PM – Intermediate (55+) - 2 more spots left!
  For participants who have previous playing experience and are familiar with basic rules, scoring, and positioning | Max 16 participants

Registration Details:

This program is funded by SECA. A nominal registration fee of $40 covers all 8 classes. Registration is required.

​

• Early Bird Registration for SECA Community Residents:
  Wednesday, September 10 at 8:00 AM  (SECA boundaries includes: Evergreen Estates, Shawnee Slopes, Shawnee Park, Fish Creek Exchange, Beacon Hill, and Fairways Villas. For Evergreen Estates residents, your street name will include “Evergreen”.)

• Open Registration for General Public:
  Wednesday, September 17 at 8:00 AM

Note: Registration is online only. Payment must be made online by credit card. If you do not use a computer, we recommend asking a family member or friend to assist you. Spots are limited—register early!

 

Important Rules:

​

• Age Requirement: This program is for adults aged 55 and over.

• One Class Only: Participants may register for either the beginner or intermediate session — not both.

• No Refunds: All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

• Registered Participants Only: Registration is for the named participant only. Missed classes cannot be transferred to another person.

• Waiver Required: A SECA liability waiver must be signed at your first class. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first day to complete it.
