All sessions below are FREE, open to the public (seniors 55+) and will take place at Peace Lutheran Church (14640 6th Street SW) unless otherwise noted. No registration is required. ​​​
SPRING PROGRAMMING - These programs includes 1 hour of exercise instruction/presentation, followed by 1 hour of self-directed hobbies/games and social time or drop-in Watercolour Classes. Feel free to bring your own hobbies, such as knitting, crafting, or art supplies, or just come to enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea and treats. We also have a small selection of board games and cribbage boards/cards available.​

​NEW! Beginners ESL Classes
Join our group instruction from 9:15–10:15 AM, with an optional Q&A session until 10:45 AM. Students can leave after the main session to attend other events. Registration required: Sign up here.
