Save the Date: September 17, 2026

Join us from 9:15–11:15 AM for a special presentation, First Aid/CPR for Seniors, led by Becky from Act Now Safety Training.

“Heart Attack, Stroke & CPR – What Seniors Should Know” is an informative and practical session designed specifically for older adults. Participants will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of heart attacks and strokes, understand what to do in an emergency, and gain confidence in responding to real-life situations.

The session will also include:

  • A demonstration on how to help someone who is choking

  • An introduction to CPR, including when to call 9-1-1

  • Optional hands-on practice for those who feel comfortable

  • Time for questions and discussion

This is a valuable opportunity to build life-saving knowledge in a supportive and welcoming environment.
